Anthony Lemke, MA (he/him)
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Hey there! I'm Anthony, and for the past 25 years, I've been on this awesome journey, helping people navigate the wild ride that is life, all thanks to my psychology background. My adventure officially kicked off at UCLA for my undergrad, and then I dove even deeper, snagging my master's in clinical psychology from Phillips Graduate University right here in sunny Chatsworth. Being a born-and-bred Angeleno, I've got this cool mix of formal smarts, real-world experiences, and a whole bunch of professional tools I bring to the table.
When it comes to therapy, I'm all about keeping it compassionate, laid-back, and totally non-judgmental. My main gig is helping you figure out life's curveballs. I've worked with pretty much everyone – from little kiddos in grade school to serious athletes and musicians, and even folks in anger management groups. My secret sauce? It’s all about understanding family systems and how trauma plays a role. This helps us spot those tricky patterns, deal with generational trauma, and find a path forward after experiencing violence or trauma in your own family. I'm especially good at guiding young people and their families through those tricky adolescent and early adult years. Plus, I totally get the psychological side of physical trauma and the grind of physical therapy. And when it comes to my toolbox, you can bet I'm using tried-and-true methods like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to help you out.
Anthony joined the Weekend Therapy team in May 2025 and practices under the supervision of Dr. Nicholas K. Bennett. Outside of his professional life, he is a musician, a dog enthusiast, and an avid sports fan.
